Quick reminder to everyone, we have a doe quota that must be met every year. I need to know by end of flintlock season if you harvested a deer on the club. We also collect the jaw bones as well and there is a QMA station on the club for the removal, labeling and storing of the jaw bones. At a minimum I need to know your name, buck or doe, its weight and number of points if it is a buck. This harvest report is mandatory for every club and several clubs have lost their lease for not completing it. If it is a buck that will be mounted or if you are taking it home to get pictures that is fine. Just try to get the jaw back from the taxidermist or deposit it at the QDMA satiation at a later time.

The Turkey Track has always done very well in keeping and maintaining our deer records and must continue to do so in order to keep the lease. Thank you for your help and if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Also ATV riding between the various clubs ends Tuesday the 2nd. Campers can be placed in the Openflow field along the same area as last year. Please keep them back from the edge of the road.

The club picnic is this Saturday, August 16th 1 PM at the Crosby ball fields. We will be having hot dogs, fresh cut French fries, corn on the cob. Side dishes and deserts are very welcome. We will be having 50/50 drawings, door prizes, DMAP tag giveaways etc. Looks like the weather should be good so I hope to see everyone there. If you have any questions let me know.
